Kent Thorsted has over thirty years personal injury experience including litigation, brain injury, and medical malpractice law. Kent is meticulous about finding the right expert to represent your case. Medical opinion and testimony can make or break your case. If your medical expert has excellent credentials, is well versed in court, and has a favorable opinion, your case will have value. If, on the other hand, your expert is not strong, then your case will lose significant value. Finding the right expert is both time consuming, costly, and hard work. Kent makes it his mission to find you the right expert for your case. In addition, Kent's expert knowledge about traumatic brain injury makes his advice and counsel invaluable. Kent is a former prosecutor and successfully litigated a State Supreme Court case, Gold Bar Citizens v. Whalen (99 Wn.2d 724) in 1983. Kent was published by the Washington State Bar Association and the Brain Injury Association of Washington. Kent is Past President of both the Brain Injury Association of Washington and the Seattle Forensic Institute. Kent was named "Volunteer of the Year" by the Eastside Legal Assistance Program in 1990.
